With a signature brow making a distinctive statement looking out to the Ottawa River and a newly created public Plaza, O encompasses honest, clean modern architecture with user interest in mind.
The building includes large ground floor commercial retail space along the north facade while the public plaza supports the project’s urban goals.
Oversized balconies and terraces provide tenants with usable and functional outdoor spaces, while the rooftop terrace provides unsurpassed views of the Parliamentary district, the Ottawa skyline and the Chaudière falls.
Supporting the One Planet Community goals of the development, the building’s facades and window locations have been carefully designed to support the project’s sustainable initiatives, accentuating the important views of the site and providing a modern aesthetic that is in line with this contemporary and progressive development.
With 65 units in this first phase, O’s unit mix has been developed to cater to a wide variety of tenant types with units ranging from small studios to beautiful two-storey loft units with private terraces on the south side.
