CAE Gulfstream Flight Training Center

The training centre is designed to accommodate four Gulfstream family full-flight simulators—three 7000XR electro-mechanical motion (EMM60) and one Series 600 motion system hydraulic power unit (HPU). In addition, there are three CAE 400 series integrated procedures trainers (IPT) and maintenance training devices. Six modern briefing rooms are located close to the training devices to facilitate an efficient workflow. Nine pilot and maintenance classrooms complete the training program.

The building’s interior was designed in accordance with CAE’s Corporate Real Estate branding guidelines – Agora – which emphasizes open, modern and light-filled spaces. Open administration work area, glass-walled employee lounges, a dedicated VIP suite, a customer lounge and a modern cafeteria with hot food service and self-serve options support all the personnel at this new 24-hour training centre.
