Figurr Architects Collective is pleased to announce the appointment of Alice Tourneyrie, Brynne Campbell, Diego Chiatante, Pierre-Luc Fortin, Santiago Baigun, and Zaphira Kalaitzakis as Associates and members of the firm’s leadership team.
The appointments reflect Figurr’s continued growth and recognize six professionals who are already making a meaningful contribution to the firm’s work, culture, and relationships with clients and communities. Together, they bring expertise across architecture, project delivery, technology, marketing, and strategic growth.
Each new Associate demonstrates the values that guide Figurr: relationships, collaboration, transformational design, consistency, and reinvestment. Their appointments strengthen a collaborative approach to leadership grounded in diverse perspectives, shared knowledge, and high-quality work.

Meet Our New Associates

Alice Tourneyrie
An Architect in Figurr’s Montreal office since 2019, Alice brings a careful approach to design, technical coordination, and client service. She plays a key role in projects with Indigenous communities, helps improve documentation processes, and leads the firm’s social committee. Alice holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Montreal.

Brynne Campbell
As Marketing Director, Brynne oversees strategic communications, business growth, and brand development. She works with the leadership team to position Figurr in the aviation, institutional, and residential markets. Brynne holds a Ph.D. in Architecture from Carleton University and translates complex architectural ideas into clear, relevant stories.

Diego Chiatante
An Architect in Figurr’s Montreal office, Diego manages projects from concept through construction and contributes to the firm’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control initiatives. Licensed in Québec, he brings more than 15 years of international experience in Italy, Belgium, and Canada. He also volunteers with Heritage Montréal to support the city’s built heritage.

Pierre-Luc Fortin
Figurr’s BIM Manager and an architectural technologist with the firm since 2014, Pierre-Luc contributes to construction documentation as well as the development of BIM standards and digital workflows. His curiosity about digital tools, collaborative approach, and commitment to quality support continuous improvement across the firm.

Santiago Baigun
A Project Manager with Figurr since 2003, Santiago has extensive experience in institutional and commercial work, with a particular focus on industrial and aviation training facilities worldwide. He is a leader in technical standards and is developing a mentorship programme for staff.

Zaphira Kalaitzakis
An Architect with Figurr since 2018, Zaphira combines design sensibility, technical expertise, and effective project management. She specializes in multi-unit residential development, creating efficient, livable environments that balance design quality, functionality, and long-term value. Zaphira holds a Master of Architecture from McGill University.
These appointments mark an important milestone for Figurr and affirm the firm’s ongoing investment in its people. By expanding its leadership team, Figurr continues to build on the collaborative culture that has defined its practice for more than 35 years.
