EMS Satcom

Our mandate for this 105,000 sq. ft. 2-storey building required separation of office and manufacturing facilities, as well as a highly visible showcase of the manufacturing activities seen from the lobby floor. A large circular skylight floods the two interior levels with natural light, accenting the use of contrasting values of colour and material. Exterior finishes of white aluminum, dark spandrels and brick accent the technological image of the company.
