Specifically, you will be called upon to:

• Participate in all phases of a project, from feasibility studies and design through to construction and contract administration;
• Develop and coordinate construction drawings, technical details, and specifications, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations;
• Work closely with the internal team, clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary partners to bring innovative ideas to life;
• Supervise and support technical team members, ensuring quality work and knowledge sharing;
• Contribute to tracking budgets, schedules, and quality control throughout the project;
• Ensure clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders, representing the team with professionalism and creativity.

You have the following qualifications?

• Professional diploma in architecture and OAQ member;
• Minimum 5 years of experience;
• Experience in design development, construction drawings, and contract administration;
• Ability to manage projects through the early municipal planning process;
• Thorough knowledge of building systems and detailing, to develop and coordinate contract documents and document checking;
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Knowledge in Photoshop and SketchUp;
• Bilingualism is an asset.
