What if you were the next member of our team? As a Intermediate Architect, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to exciting and diverse projects, playing a key role in their design, development, and delivery.
Specifically, you will be called upon to:
- Participate in all phases of a project, from feasibility studies and design through to construction and contract administration;
- Develop and coordinate construction drawings, technical details, and specifications, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations;
- Work closely with the internal team, clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary partners to bring innovative ideas to life;
- Supervise and support technical team members, ensuring quality work and knowledge sharing;
- Contribute to tracking budgets, schedules, and quality control throughout the project;
- Ensure clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders, representing the team with professionalism and creativity.

You have the following qualifications?
- Professional diploma in architecture and OAQ member;
- Minimum 5 years of experience;
- Experience in design development, construction drawings, and contract administration;
- Ability to manage projects through the early municipal planning process;
- Thorough knowledge of building systems and detailing, to develop and coordinate contract documents and document checking;
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Knowledge in Photoshop and SketchUp;
- Bilingualism is an asset.
