Considerable effort went into designing a complex with the possibility of obtaining LEED certification after it was built. Rainwater management, green roofs, materials with low toxic emissions – a whole series of measures were set out. Another particularity of this project is that a municipal pumping station currently on the site will be incorporated into it. In exchange, the developers benefit from an opportunity to erect buildings exceeding the usual density standards.
The three residential buildings will have a certain number of spaces for retail or office use on the ground floor. An underground parking lot will connect the buildings to one another.
